Christmas Cocktail

• Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Aurora 100% Pomegranate Juice

  • 1 1/2 ounces Campari

  • 1 1/2 ounces Sweet Vermouth

  • 1 1/2 ounces Gin

  • 1/8 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 2 orange peels, for garnish

  • 2 small rosemary sprig, for garnish

  Serving Ideas: Make a big batch a head of time and keep it in the fridge until ready to use.

• Directions

  Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice.

  Stir for 30 seconds.

  Strain over ice cubes into two Rock glasses.

  Express orange peel to release essential oils. Rub the peel around the rim and place it into the drink along with the Rosemary.
