Mini Fluffy Pancakes

    • 4 eggs

    • 60g of flour

    • 50g of powdered sugar

    • 50ml of milk

    • Bonne Maman Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread

  • Separate the egg whites and yolks, add 25 g sugar to the yolks, and whisk until pale.

    Add the milk and flour, then mix until smooth and uniform.

    Whisk the egg whites with an electric mixer; once frothy, add 25 g sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

    Gently fold your meringue into the rest of the batter. 

    Heat a non-stick pan over low heat. Grease the rings and pan, place the rings in the pan, and fill halfway with batter.

    Pour 3 heaping tablespoons of water around the pancakes, cover, and steam for 12 minutes without lifting the lid.

    Before serving, spread the pancakes with Bonne Maman Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread for an extra indulgent touch.
